About Us

As recent transplants of Chicago, America’s hot dog capital, we were looking for a place in Huntsville to grab a dog. After joking about how there should be a spot called 'Wiener von Braun's', we decided there would be! We set out to take all of the elements of a neighborhood street cart, and combine that with some Huntsville charm. 

 

WVB opened May 2023, so start looking for the cart around town. And if you can't wait to see where we'll be next, drop us a line! Let us know how we can help your next work lunch hour, birthday party, festival, or late night snack at weddings…we do it all!

 

We are beyond thrilled to be cruising around the Huntsville/Madison area and serving up delicious hot dogs, bratwurst, and soft pretzels. See you this Summer!
